Assignment Requirements: Identify a Leader. Use the text and your research to provide support regarding why your selected person is considered a leader. Your paper should address the following:
- Provide a brief background of your leader (career, education, family)
- Explain how power is received (i.e. expert power, coercive power, etc. ) provide two examples.
- Identify at least one challenge faced by your selected, leader. How did she/he/they successfully manage this particular challenge?
- Describe from the perspectives of expectancy theory and equity theory what your selected leader has done or needs to do in order to have a highly motivated Workforce.
- Is job enrichment supported by your leader? Explain. If not, provide an example of how your leader can support job enrichment.
